Hi, I'm Sarah Naidoo-Banks, founder of Spring Insight and accredited Business Psychologist, Executive Coach and Facilitator with over 20 years of experience working in Learning and Development.


My meaningful mission is to co-create a world where each one of us can be the best version of ourselves, and in turn help purpose-led businesses to thrive. This isn't something we can do alone, and I am passionate about collaborating with like-minded businesses and professionals.

I believe that for us to do our best work, we need to develop our emotional intelligence in other that we can create cultures which are psychologically safe, inclusive and positive. What I offer in my workshops and coaching, are evidence-based approaches and techniques to achieve this.

It is very important to me to make my workshops practical and relatable. I avoid the complex jargon and use plenty of practical examples alongside stories and experiential learning.  I am also passionate about tapping into the collective intelligence of the group, and create lots of safe space for active reflection and inter-peer learning.


It is said that we teach what we need to learn, and one of the great pleasures of my profession is that I am continuously learning.  Over the years, I have built up a wealth of knowledge about the human psyche, and am continually updating my methods using the latest evidence-based psychological research. I use this research and insight to design impactful skills workshops and learning and development programmes.

I have experience in a diverse range of sectors, particularly small to medium sized businesses in the tech and creative sectors. I have coached individuals at all organisational levels from new starters to mid-level managers, c-suite executives and high-potential talent.
