In each of our programmes, we blend psychology, neuroscience, breathwork and somatic practice to provide a truly holistic experience. Teams can expect a mixture of theory, group and personal reflection, experiential learning and evidence-based tools and techniques, that can immediately be put into practice. For our Resilience Workshops and Away Days, I am working in partnership with Ali at Rewild with Ali, an experienced and accredited Breathworks Provider.
