About the event
Boundaries are imperative because they protect our well-being, enable sustainable performance and promote healthy work relationships. When we define what we need and create tools to protect our boundaries, we can bring our best selves to both work and home.
In this workshop, we explore different types of boundaries and techniques for protecting our boundaries including listening to our bodies and practical strategies for saying no. In the second half there will be a group breathwork session with the goal of going deeper and removing any barriers to setting effective boundaries.
The workshop is particularly geared towards business owners, those who are self-employed, and early to mid career professionals. It is facilitated by Sarah Naidoo-Banks, a Business Psychologist, Coach and Breath-worker and will be held in a beautiful woodland lodge set within ancient woodland in Derbyshire.
