About the event

In this workshop, we will explore tools, and strategies to recognise early signs of burnout and proactively protect our energy, focus, and well-being. Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and discussion, participants the session emphasises sustainable performance by helping participants build healthy work habits, set realistic boundaries, and align priorities with available capacity.


The workshop is particularly geared towards small business owners, sole traders, and early to mid career professionals. It is facilitated by Sarah Naidoo-Banks, a Business Psychologist, Coach and Breath-worker and will be held in at the Belper Community Cottage in Belper.


What to expect and approximate timings:

  • 10.00am: Arrival and check in. Breathwork and grounding practice, recap and reflections from the last session

  • 10.30am: Group share: Some initial discussion around how we manage our energy

  • 10.30am: Psychology tools. Explore psychology tools and strategies for burn out prevention
