About the event
Rational decisions are usually made in a structured and logical manner whilst our intuitions can provide us with that "gut feeling" or sudden insight that seems to come out of nowhere, yet feels deeply accurate or true. Arguably we need both in order to make effective decisions in life and at work, especially when the outcome is unpredictable and uncertain.
In this workshop, we explore different ways of making decisions including rational decision making, intuitive knowing, the role of optimism and considering worse case scenarios. In the second half you will be invited to bring to your awareness as current decision that is playing on your mind and use the power of the breath to tap into your bodily wisdom and inner sense of knowing.
