About the event
This peer mentoring session is an opportunity for business professionals to come together, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive and informal environment.
The focus of the group is on peer-to-peer learning and so there will be space to celebrate achievements, explore challenges, exchange ideas and hear from different perspectives through facilitated conversation.
The workshop is particularly geared towards business owners, those who are self-employed, and early to mid career professionals. It is facilitated by Sarah Naidoo-Banks, a Business Psychologist, Coach and Mediator and will be held in at the Community Cottage in Belper.
What to expect and approximate timings:
11am: Arrival and check in. Space for each person in the group to share an update on their business
11.45am: Peer mentoring. We select one or more business challenges and take a deeper dive as a group to exchange ideas and explore practical solutions.
