About the event

In this workshop, we will be exploring our individual communication style and flexing our style to different personalities and preferences, in order to enhance our professional relationships. Through self-assessment, discussion, and practical exercises, participants explore different communication styles and learn how to adapt their approach to communicate more effectively with others.


The workshop is particularly geared towards small business owners, sole traders, and early to mid career professionals. It is facilitated by Sarah Naidoo-Banks, a Business Psychologist, Coach and Breath-worker and will be held in at the Belper Community Cottage in Belper.


What to expect and approximate timings:

  • 10.00am: Arrival and check in. Breathwork and grounding practice, recap and reflections from the last session

  • 10.30am: Group share: Some initial discussion around the way we like to communicate

  • 10.30am: Psychology tools. Explore the DISC model of communication, understand our own preferences and how they may be different or similar to those…
